Still in their early 20s Parisians duo Ofenbach are very much a part of the global dance cross over trend with a sound that takes additional influence from rock, pop and folk. Made up of the Parisian producer duo, César de Rummel & Dorian Lauduique, after more than 6 years together and a constant string of outstanding releases, they have reached a new level in their career.

With a strong impact from the start, notably around one of their biggest streaming track, 2016’s “Be Mine”, which topped the world charts with more than 430 million streams, while its fun, sexy video racked up 120 million views making it an instant hit.

In 2017 they went on to work with songwriter Nick Waterhouse for the exquisitely retro “KATCHI”, 300+ million streams (ranked 6th in Europe for airplay and the world’s most Shazamed dance track for three months), then with Benjamin Ingrosso, the Stockholm songwriter who represented Sweden in the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest. This led to a new hit in France that ended up in the no. 2 spot of most played tracks on the radio.  They soon followed with self-titled EP including their original hits alongside collaborations with Portugal The Man and The Bamboos, and another original release “Rock It”!

Their momentum did not stop there, further records were broken with the release of “Head Shoulders Knees & Toes (with Quarterhead and Norma Jean Martine)”  last year, breaking through the 350 Million streams barrier, achieving Gold and Platinum status in many markets. It hit Top 10 positions in Austria, Switzerland, Germany and the Netherlands, peaking at #8 on the European Airplay chart, #2 on the French Airplay chart, Top 30 on the Global Shazam Chart.

Follow on single ‘Wasted Love’, a rousing House record with an infectious uplifting vibe has followed in the same trajectory. There are few dance duo that can match their global reach, In only 6 years, Ofenbach have reached 1.7 billion global streams, 1 Million downloads and 15 million monthly listeners on Spotify, and we think it is fair to say they can deliver out and out hits.

It’s fair to say that the band have struck on a unique and universal sound, with an ear for a hit they will continue to grow their global fan base, with proven success this may only be the beginning for this talented duo.
