Larry Houl is a talented jack-of-all-trades who has been dragging his guts and groove around the French house scene for the past ten years.

He composes and sings — with his voice often compared to that of Jay Kay from Jamiroquai — for himself as well as with other French and international producers (Demuja, Jean Tonique, Oden&Fatzo…), notably within the Parisian label and collective D.KO Records. He is also the lead singer of Secret Value Orchestra, the live band of D.KO Records in which he sings with Mézigue, Flabaire, Paul Cut and Mud Deep, with whom he released their first E.P “Serious Intentions” in 2016 as well as the album “Unidentified Flying Object” in 2017 and the E.P “Live in Houston” in 2019.

The releases were numerous in 2018, 2019 and 2020 with a first E.P released on the London label Feelings Worldwide and a second on the Australian label Red Ember Records, a collaboration with Jean Tonique on the track “No worries” and a third E.P “Diaries” in July 2019 on D.KO Records. After a tour on Mexican territory with his accomplice Flabaire in the spring of 2019, he wrote and produced his fourth E.P entitled “From Paris to Mexico”. The record was released in March 2020 and received the support of several important media including Mixmag, Les Yeux Orange… In 2020, he collaborated with international artists such as Demuja, who invited him on tracks such as “Happiness”.

In 2021, we find him both for collaborations like Mira Ló, on Bon Entendeur’s mixtape or on Demuja’s new album, and an EP released on the Spanish label The Basement Discos under his alias Mr Larry.
